Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer domestic shipping within the United States, including Florida and neighboring states. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days) – available at an additional cost
- Free Shipping is available for select orders over a specified amount (displayed at checkout)
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or custom fabrication timelines for select custom products.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping directly through our online store. However, if you're located outside the U.S. and wish to order, please contact us directly at renovate1024@gmail.com.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
